Returns & exchanges

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact KISMAS office hello@kismas.com within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

KISMAS gladly accept returns but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new, unused, with original product package, manual and with all KISMAS tags.

Please note that you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Payment will be returned upon receipt of the item. ​Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please be aware that lighting is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom or special ordered items.

We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

Claim
Any defects in items supplied by kismas.com must be invoked within 24 months after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to specify and, upon request, show how the error or defect is expressed. If you discover an error, please contact hello@kismas.com.
